Having worked in a number of different procurement offices over time, it is safe to say that few are overstaffed. When that large special project shows up it is difficult to realign the existing staff work to bring it to completion on time. HQV Consulting can step in when those projects come up and help provide the extra help needed. HQV has extensive experience in private and public sector procurement needs, all we need is a rough outline and a deadline and we'll go to work! Procedure development is a particular specialty with the ability to take what are sometimes complicated procedural steps and present them in a logical and easy-to-understand format. Training of your personnel on those procedures can also be done.
